P Jeevan Kumar holds an Osmania University postgraduate degree in business and has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Education, and BPO/KPO. His track record demonstrates his dedication, self-motivation, originality, and goal-oriented approach. He has significant expertise and success in business networking, channel sales, business growth, sales training, and customer service. He formerly worked with Vertex Customer Solutions, HDFC Life, Bajaj Life, and Quantum Insurance.

K.Srinivas Arun

Founder Member and Chief Business Officer

Mr. Arun Srinivas has 22 years of combined experience in sales, business development, and consultancy. He played a key role in planning and executing multiple successful sales initiatives. He is known for leading the organization's commercial objectives from the front. His key strengths include sales, business development, business strategy, and driving. He also has hands-on expertise managing channel business, having worked with numerous private and public sector banks, financial institutions, other institutions, and high-net-worth clients. He was involved in UTI AMC Ltd, IDBI Bank, Geojit Financial Services, and other businesses.

P Purnachandar Rao is a founder member of Leadre, he comes with 20 plus years of rich experience in real estate, construction, and project management. He has a very good track record of accomplishing numerous construction projects in residential housing, commercial building and other civil works. He has a proven track record of on-time completion of projects with his high commitment and top-notch execution skills.
